Hey Everyone!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should give you enough energy to start of your day! A healthy breakfast can help give you: A more nutritionally complete diet, higher in nutrients, vitamins and minerals. If you're like me that gets up in the early morning and doesn't eat breakfast well STOP IT NOW. It is super unhealthy. We should at least eat before we go out otherwise we'll immediately be tired, stressed out and irritable. I'm creating this recipe perfect to do before you go to sleep and eat it when you wake up.

So I'm gonna share my quick and easy recipe to spice up your breakfast. You may be wondering what are Overnight Oats? Well, Overnight Oats are basically oats that are soaked overnight and mix with different liquids like: milk, yogurt or honey.

To Create Strawberry Chocolate Overnight Oats you'll need:

1. whole grain oats

2. strawberry yogurt

3.milk

4.cocoa powder

5. honey (optional)

- Add the 5 tbsp of whole grain oats

- pour the strawberry yogurt

- Add 150 ml of milk

- top it off with cocoa powder

and you're done!

leave it overnight in the fridge and enjoy it in the morning!
